Hi, I’m Teagan Rice! I was born and raised in Louisville, Ohio, where I learned early on the value of teamwork, dedication, and community. Sports were a big part of my life growing up—I played softball for Louisville and even became a state champion before going on to play two years of college ball. I’ve always taken on leadership roles, both on and off the field, that drive carried into my professional life as well. Before real estate, I worked as a store manager and as a supervisor at a country club, where I developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Those experiences taught me how to stay organized, keep a team moving forward, and always put people first—qualities I now carry into my real estate career.

Now living in Green, I make it a point to see my family in Louisville every week, because I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without them. I’m very close with my three siblings—Chandler, Harleigh, and Cooper—and absolutely adore my 3-year-old nephew, Evander. I also grew up side by side with my eight cousins, sharing every holiday, milestone, and memory together. Family has always been the heart of my life, and those relationships continue to shape the way I connect with people today. At home, I’m also a proud cat mom to Willa, who keeps me company and adds plenty of personality to my days.

Outside of work, I love starting my day with coffee and ending it with tea, visiting art museums, painting, reading, and spending time outside in nature to recharge. My favorite place I’ve ever traveled to is Los Angeles, but no matter where I go, I always come back to the importance of community. (And if I’m honest, my least favorite season is winter—you’ll usually find me dreaming of warm sunshine and fresh air!) I wouldn’t have found my love for traveling without the support of my parents, who encouraged me every step of the way. As your Realtor, my goal is to make the buying or selling process feel less stressful and more exciting. I bring the same dedication and leadership I’ve shown in sports and past careers into my work, and I love helping people find not just a house, but a home in a community they’ll love.
