Online Auction begins closing Tuesday, December 8th, at 5:00 PM. A well-known and iconic landmark in western Holmes County, the Nashville School is now being offered at auction in 2 parcels totaling 18.927 acres. As one chapter comes to a close, another chapter of opportunity begins for this historic property. Built in 1920, the school offers over 19,000 sq. ft. of space, including 12 classrooms, a gymnasium with bleachers, cafeteria, offices, and numerous additional rooms. The property also features a nice playground area and a 24'x32' pavilion. The wooded acreage is highlighted by a 30'x68' pole building built in 1993, offering additional storage or workspace. With its rich history, spacious buildings, and nearly 19 acres of land, this property offers a wide range of possibilities for its next owner. Whether you are looking to repurpose the school building, utilize the acreage, or invest in a unique property, this is an opportunity to bring your ideas and vision to life and become part of the next chapter of this Holmes County landmark.
